What to do in Chamonix? All our experiences and team building activities in Chamonix
Between your meeting sessions, why not explore the city’s must-see treasures, such as visiting the Aiguille du Midi or the Mer de Glace? Our event agency also offers unique team-building activities inspired by Chamonix and the alpine mountains.
Escape Game in Chamonix: try the experience at Enigmatorium Mont-Blanc
Enigmatorium Mont-Blanc is an outdoor digital scavenger hunt with puzzles that rival an escape game. As a team, you’ll explore the city streets in search of challenges that help you progress in an even greater quest.
This experience is inspired by the story of the first ascent of Mont Blanc, set just before 1786, during the Race to Mont Blanc initiated by Horace Bénédict de Saussure. At that time, it was a battle between Italian, English, and French teams, among others, to see who would reach the summit first. Team up with Michel Paccard and Jacques Balmat, two locals from Chamonix, to give them the best chance of being the team chosen by De Saussure!
The goal is, of course, to complete the game as quickly as possible during this group challenge, but also to solve the puzzles correctly, as you lose points for incorrect answers and requests for hints! Are you ready to take on the challenge?
A Mission Ascension at the foot of Mont Blanc
Inspired by the majestic scenery of the Alps, we have designed an activity where each team will transform into a mountaineering team. Each group will face off against another in challenges inspired by the mountain world, such as obstacle courses, building an igloo, recreating alpine knots, and assembling and disassembling a camp. The goal is to score the most points to reach the summit first!
The Mission Ascension immerses you in this world, similar to the corporate environment, where trust, collaboration, and teamwork are essential to progress and complete projects—just like scaling Mont Blanc!
A Pioneer of the Peaks in Chamonix: for a mountain team building experience, alongside guides
A Pioneer of the Peaks immerses you in the daily life of mountain guides during your corporate event in Chamonix. Head out with them on trails through pristine nature, where you’ll learn more about the environment, alpine wildlife, and native plants. Pay close attention to everything they share, as you’ll then take part in team challenges related to knot-tying, mapping, snow science, avalanche rescue devices during winter, as well as wildlife and flora—just to name a few fascinating topics! And what could be better for this activity than doing it with Mont Blanc as your backdrop?
Olympiads in the city that hosted the first winter Olympics
Did you know that it was in Chamonix that the first Winter Olympics took place in 1924? We’ve designed this team-building activity to pay tribute to this important chapter in the city’s sporting history. Our Olympiads feature challenges that we believe should be part of the competition in 2030: laser biathlon, obstacle and orientation races, shepherd’s sling, human curling. It seems natural to you too, right? Teams will face off against each other in fun and original challenges to compete for the gold medal!
Want even more? Discover our Winning Bet, an indoor team-building activity with quick and fun challenges tailored to each team member’s strengths, and our Savoie ou Pas to immerse yourselves in the local culture through outdoor activities filled with fun!
Corporate evening in Chamonix
During your corporate event program, do you want to offer your employees a festive evening? Everything is possible in Chamonix!
If you’re looking for a moment away from the hustle and bustle, in the heart of nature, choose the Soirée Explorateurs. You’ll head out with guides on a walk punctuated by small challenges inspired by the Pioneer of the Peaks, before arriving at a secluded restaurant for a warm dinner. Of course, it’s entirely possible to select this option without the team-building activity. We can also offer you evening entertainment, such as the Casino des Saveurs, where you’ll learn more about wine, among other possibilities.
Sample Program for a 2 or 3-Day corporate event in Chamonix
For a two-day professional event in Chamonix, we can arrange for arrival in the late afternoon the day before the gathering begins. Our private chauffeurs will be waiting for you at one of the regional train stations if you’re coming by train, or we can organize your welcome directly at your hotel in Chamonix. After a brief rest, we offer the possibility of a dinner either at the hotel or in a downtown restaurant, depending on your preferences.
The following day, you can plan for a first meeting, often conducive to team building, reviewing the past season, or discussing new projects. In the late morning, you’ll board the Montenvers cogwheel train towards the Mer de Glace, where you’ll enjoy an exceptional lunch with a breathtaking view. In the afternoon, you’ll be accompanied by a guide to explore the surroundings of the largest glacier in the French Alps, learning about its formation and the challenges it faces today. If conditions allow, you’ll venture into the Ice Cave, the heart of the glacier. End the day beautifully with a cozy and warm dinner in a traditional Savoyard restaurant.
For the next day, take part in the Olympiads made by 1786 for a team-building session focused on cohesion: a special moment to create new memories together. After lunch, our private chauffeurs will accompany you back to the train station.
If you opt for a three-day event, we’ll include an additional meeting, another team-building activity, and a festive evening or a Soirée Trappeurs.
We tailor all our services to your desires and expectations for organizing your personalized professional gathering. Feel free to contact our team, who will provide you with a suitable proposal for your corporate event in Chamonix.

Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a delightful corporate event destination throughout the year. In winter, thanks to its snowfall, you can opt for snow-based team-building activities.
