The flow of your team-building activity in Savoie
Our 1786 facilitators welcome you to a reserved site for the occasion, at the foot of the Alpine mountains, by one of the lakes, or in the heart of nature. They will present the sequence of activities, along with some of the challenges that await you. Teams will then be formed, either randomly in advance or composed by you to effectively mix your colleagues and help them build connections.
Each group heads to their first challenge, where they will compete against other teams. The facilitator explains the rules, then gives the starting signal. The winner's name is recorded, and you move on to a different challenge to face new opponents. For about 2.5 hours, you will rotate through all the activity stations, trying to win as many points as possible against your competitors!
At the end of the challenge, you will gather with all your colleagues for a light snack to reminisce about the moments you've just experienced, which will be unforgettable! After the points are tallied, the facilitators will join you to announce the winners, often in a festive atmosphere! Take advantage of this dynamic moment to capture a group photo in the idyllic Alpine setting—a memory you can hang in your offices when you return.
