The municipality is spread across 5 villages. The village of Les Brévières, near the Tignes dam, is at an altitude of 1,550 meters, Tignes 1800 is at 1,800 meters, Le Lavachet is at 2,100 meters, Tignes le Lac is at 2,100 meters, and Val Claret is at 2,300 meters.
