Climbing a mountain requires trusting the people who accompany you. We suggest the theme of climbing to create cohesion and strong ties. When discovering the highest peaks of a mountain, climbers are roped together for safety in rigourous terrain, this brings people together for lasting memories. This activity is for everyone.
The teams are divided into roped groups and each member will have a role to play in the success of the climb ! Concepts such as mutual aid, trust, crisis management will come up during the different stages of the climb and the interesting part is how each person makes decisions for group and for him or herself. Decisions have to be made quickly and this brings out important aspects of personalities.

THE PRIZE-GIVING CEREMONY
At the end of our team-building activities, a small award ceremony will take place to reward the teams and its members who put up the best fight. Participants will be offered authentic Savoyard products, to prolong the fun and celebrate the day's successes.

For an even more enjoyable experience, a light snack will be offered during our activities. Enjoy delicious local fruit juices, refreshing water and tasty dried fruit to recharge your batteries while having fun.

Very nice experience! A beautiful hike, although a bit short considering the bus travel time to reach the Plateau du Revard. The team enjoyed not only the hike but also the sweet and savory snack on the terrace of the mountain restaurant facing Mont Blanc.
