Choose your champion for various mini-challenges based on their strengths, then bet on the winning team to earn the most points possible!

Winning Bet: one of our must-try and original indoor team-building activities

This unique team-building activity is inspired by horse racing! Your colleagues will compete in a series of mini-challenges, either individually or as a team, while placing bets on the winners of each challenge using a cup filled with tokens!



Each group will have two missions... The facilitator will first provide just one clue about the skill required for the upcoming game: speed, agility, strength, general knowledge, and so on. With this simple information, you must choose the person you believe is most likely to win the match. Once each team has chosen their competitor, the rules will be explained. Be ready for anything—Kapla towers, Pictionary, blind tests, obstacle courses, mimes, tastings... you name it!



The rest of the group, knowing what awaits the champions, will need to speculate on the winner of the challenge. Will you bet on your own competitor or on your opponents? Anything is possible! You have twice the chance to earn points (or lose them...): by winning the game, of course, but also by betting on the 'right horse'! And, importantly, manage your stock of tokens wisely to avoid running out quickly!



Throughout the challenge, you will also face off in team-based general knowledge and music quizzes, pop culture trivia, speed tests, and more. It’s a great way to discover your colleagues and their talents in a new light!

The flow of your indoor team-building event

Our 1786 facilitators will welcome you to your team-building venue and start with a briefing on the upcoming activity, including all its little nuances! They will then announce the teams, which will either be randomly assigned in advance or based on the instructions you provided. Each group will receive a cup of tokens.



To get you started, you'll begin with a warm-up challenge that everyone participates in together. After this, you'll be divided into mini-challenges against an opponent. You’ll select your champion and place your bet by handing over the number of tokens you wish to wager to the banker.



If you make the right choices, you’ll earn back the tokens you wagered. Conversely, if you bet on the wrong person, you’ll lose those tokens permanently.



For nearly two hours, you’ll face off against all teams in a variety of challenges, alternating between individual and team-based tasks. At the end of the rounds, the banker will tally the tokens and the challenges won by your champions.



The team with the most points at the end wins the Winning Bet and will be celebrated during the awards ceremony. Enjoy a light snack as you debrief with colleagues and, most importantly, don’t forget to capture these new memories with a group photo!

Very nice experience! A beautiful hike, although a bit short considering the bus travel time to reach the Plateau du Revard. The team enjoyed not only the hike but also the sweet and savory snack on the terrace of the mountain restaurant facing Mont Blanc.
