09:00 — Welcome for participants at the conference centre - Upon arrival, your employees will be welcomed in a warm and refined space. A welcome breakfast will be served, consisting of hot drinks (coffee, tea), fresh fruit juice and an assortment of sweet treats. This convivial moment will encourage initial exchanges and allow everyone to start the day in a relaxed atmosphere.
09:30 — Opening of the plenary meeting - Official launch of the study day. Presentation of the objectives, schedule and topics to be covered. This opening session will allow expectations to be aligned and lay the foundations for collective reflection.
10:30 a.m. — Gourmet coffee break - A well-deserved break with an assortment of drinks and sweet treats, conducive to informal exchanges and networking among participants.
10:45 a.m. — Thematic conference followed by workshops - Presentation by our guest speaker, a recognised expert in crisis management and the management of atypical situations. Following this presentation, participants will be divided into subgroups for practical workshops. These sessions will allow you to anchor the concepts discussed in the reality of your company, through concrete cases and targeted discussions.
12:15 p.m. — End of the morning session
12:30 p.m. — Panoramic buffet lunch - Head to the dining area, located a few steps from the conference centre, offering breathtaking views of the gardens and Lake Annecy. A generous and refined buffet, featuring local and seasonal products, will be served in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
2:00 p.m. — Group photo by the lake - Participants gather for a group photo session. Two shots will be taken: a traditional one and an aerial view by drone, to immortalise this day in an exceptional natural setting.
2:30 p.m. — Resumption of small group workshops - Return to work in teams of 15 people. These workshops will allow you to deepen the reflections begun in the morning and consider their practical application within the various departments of your organisation.
4:30 p.m. — Revitalising coffee break - Another gourmet break to recharge your batteries before the last session of the day.
4:45 p.m. — Closing plenary session - Presentation of workshop findings, sharing of key lessons learned, and summary of perspectives. This moment of sharing will promote collective ownership of ideas and strengthen team dynamics.
6:00 p.m. — Wine tasting in a private lounge - To round off the day in style, participants will be invited to a private lounge with a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake. A passionate sommelier will host a guided tasting of five Savoie wine and cheese pairings. A sensory immersion in the region's terroirs, featuring both classic favourites and lesser-known gems, accompanied by explanations of their origins, production methods and subtle flavours.
