Located close to your offices, the spa town of Aix-les-Bains welcomes you for a day of team building, discovery and shared enjoyment. Organised by Agence 1786, this unique experience on the shores of Lake Bourget aims to strengthen bonds between your employees through a variety of activities led by passionate professionals.
🕘 Detailed programme
09:30 - Welcome for participants at the Port of Aix-les-Bains - All employees are invited to attend the launch of this team day. Our team of facilitators will welcome you in a warm and professional atmosphere, on the shores of France's largest natural lake.
09:40 - Presentation of the programme and formation of teams - After a brief introduction, participants will be divided into groups according to the activities chosen in advance. This organisation will allow everyone to enjoy an experience tailored to their desires and pace.
09:45 - Start of morning activities in sub-groups - Two routes are available, each supervised by our experienced guides:
🚤 Discovery cruise on Lake Bourget (duration: 1h30) A contemplative trip on the peaceful waters of the lake, ideal for lovers of nature and serenity. An opportunity to admire the alpine landscapes and learn more about local history.
🚴 Bike ride (electric or classic) (duration: 2 hours) A dynamic circuit along the shores of the lake, punctuated by explanatory stops and breathtaking panoramas. A sporty and accessible activity, conducive to exchange and discovery.
11:30 a.m. - Teams return and social gathering - After the activities, participants will gather for a convivial aperitif. This will be followed by a fun tournament called Le Tournoi des Boulistes, combining several games of skill and strategy: Mölkky, Pétanque and Cornhole.
This activity is designed to stimulate team spirit, good humour and a sense of challenge in a relaxed setting.
1:00 p.m. - Lunch by the lake - A gourmet meal will be served in a restaurant located on the lakefront. This is an opportunity to savour local products in an exceptional natural setting, while continuing to chat with colleagues.
2:30 p.m. - Walk to the afternoon activity site - A gentle 15-minute walk will take you to the main team-building venue, allowing you to enjoy the scenery along the way.
2:45 p.m. - ‘Mission Ascension’ team-building - Immerse yourself in the mountain world through a series of fun and immersive challenges, supervised by experienced guides and facilitators. This activity aims to strengthen cohesion, communication and creativity within teams.
