4* or 5* hotels

Nestled in the heart of the famous Trois Vallées ski area, Courchevel embodies the very best of the French mountains. With pristine slopes, exceptional hotels, Savoyard cuisine, and unique experiences, this 8-day getaway immerses you in a world where luxury, authenticity, and adventure come together. A winter getaway designed for travelers seeking excitement, sophistication, and unforgettable memories.

Day 1 – Arrival in Courchevel and fondue under an igloo at sunset

Upon your arrival at Geneva Airport, your private driver will welcome you for a comfortable transfer to your 4- or 5-star hotel in Courchevel. After checking into your room and exploring the hotel, enjoy a few hours of relaxation to soak up the resort’s unique atmosphere.

At the end of the day, as the mountain peaks are bathed in the sun’s last golden rays, set out on an extraordinary adventure. Equipped with snowshoes and accompanied by a mountain guide, you’ll make your way to a handcrafted igloo nestled in the heart of the snow-covered forest.

Inside this temporary refuge of ice and snow, savor an authentic Savoyard fondue served with mountain bread and select beverages. The return journey by torchlight, in the hushed silence of the mountains, offers a moment suspended in time.

Day 2 – First time on the slopes of Les Trois Vallées and a unique dinner in a snow groomer

Your ski vacation begins in the prestigious Trois Vallées ski area, the world’s largest interconnected ski area. Equipped with premium gear, your lift pass, and accompanied by your private instructor, you’ll enjoy a fully customized day exploring the most beautiful panoramas of the French Alps.

From the legendary slopes of Courchevel to the vast expanses of Méribel and Val Thorens, every run offers spectacular views of snow-capped peaks and Alpine valleys.

As night falls, an experience as unique as it is elegant awaits you. Climb aboard a real snow groomer, transformed for the occasion into a panoramic restaurant. Usually used to groom the slopes at night, this impressive machine becomes the setting for an exclusive dinner in the heart of the mountains.

Comfortably seated in this unique space offering privileged views of the snow-covered landscapes, you’ll enjoy a hearty Savoyard dinner consisting of a salad, an authentic raclette served with local charcuterie, and the dessert of the day.

A glass of champagne as an aperitif, a glass of wine, and other beverages are included to complement this extraordinary culinary experience. Combining fine dining, a mountain atmosphere, and nighttime panoramic views, this evening will be one of the most memorable moments of your stay in Courchevel.

Day 3 – Exceptional Skiing and a Snowmobile Adventure

Accompanied by your private instructor, continue exploring the Trois Vallées ski area. Lovers of the great outdoors will enjoy the long, scenic runs, while more athletic skiers can hone their technique on some of the most beautiful slopes in the Alps.

When the lifts close for the day, a new adventure begins. At dusk, set out on a guided snowmobile tour. In a unique atmosphere, cruise along the deserted slopes and discover the mountains from a whole new perspective. The absolute tranquility of the peaks and the lights of the resort in the distance create a magical setting.

Day 4 – Final runs and a Savoie wine and cheese tasting

Make the most of this final day of skiing to explore the areas that captivated you the most or set out to discover new routes.

In the evening, indulge in local delicacies during a private tasting of Savoyard wines and cheeses. In a warm and authentic setting, a passionate sommelier will introduce you to the subtle pairings between five great Savoyard wines and five iconic cheeses from the region.

Each tasting is enriched with anecdotes and explanations that provide a deeper understanding of the Alpine culinary heritage. A gourmet and convivial experience—the perfect way to wrap up your ski trip.

Day 5 – Getaway to Méribel and a Savoyard cooking workshop at a mountain chalet

Today, leave Courchevel behind for an authentic getaway in the heart of the Méribel mountains.

After a private transfer, your guide will accompany you on a snowshoe hike through snow-covered forests and unspoiled high-altitude hamlets. Along the way, the alpine landscapes reveal their full winter beauty.

Your destination: a traditional chalet nestled deep in the mountains. In this warm and welcoming atmosphere, an English-speaking private chef invites you to participate in a cooking workshop focused on the great classics of Savoyard cuisine.

Together, you’ll prepare a full-course meal featuring exceptional local ingredients before savoring your creation in an authentic setting with spectacular views of the snow-capped peaks.

Day 6 – Wellness Day and Dog Sled Ride

After several days full of excitement, treat yourself to a relaxing break. Enjoy your hotel’s amenities: the spa, the pool, massages, or simply a few hours of shopping in Courchevel’s elegant boutiques.

At the end of the day, let yourself be swept away by the magic of a dog-sled ride.

Seated comfortably in your sled, you’ll glide through snow-covered forests accompanied by a professional musher. The silence of the mountains is broken only by the sound of the runners gliding over the snow and the dogs’ panting. A gentle, authentic, and deeply immersive experience.

Day 7 – Final moments in Courchevel and a visit with the reindeer

Enjoy this final day at your own pace. Stroll through the elegant streets of Courchevel, explore the resort’s luxury boutiques, treat yourself to some relaxation at your hotel’s spa, or simply admire the Alpine scenery from a sunny terrace.

In the late afternoon, set off for an experience as unique as it is enchanting in the heart of the mountains.

After a private transfer through snow-covered landscapes, you’ll arrive at a camp inspired by the traditions of the Far North, set in a pristine natural environment. Nestled amid forests and white expanses, this intimate setting transports you to an atmosphere reminiscent of the Arctic.

You’ll be welcomed around a crackling fire to share a gourmet snack consisting of hot apple-cinnamon juice prepared in a cauldron, accompanied by marshmallows roasted over the flames.

The highlight of this experience is the encounter with reindeer—peaceful ambassadors of the polar regions—which you’ll be able to observe in an exceptional and particularly photogenic setting.

Between the soft winter light, the silence of the mountains, and the warm atmosphere of the camp, this experience offers a magical and authentic escape—the perfect way to end your stay in Courchevel on a memorable note.

Day 8: Return to Geneva

After breakfast, your private driver will take you to the Geneva airport.

You’ll leave the French Alps with exceptional memories: from the legendary slopes of the Three Valleys to the most authentic culinary experiences, not to mention the unique adventures that make Courchevel so magical.

A vacation where luxury, nature, and excitement come together to create unforgettable memories.

Reviews

We had a fantastic week, everything was perfect and exactly what we were looking for: the standards and service of Club Med, but without the crowds or the excess! The resort was excellent; both the children and we loved skiing and going for walks. The hotel was perfect, and the suite was wonderful. The restaurants were outstanding. The agency, service, and organization were extremely professional, thank you again for everything.

The hotel was very nice ! We have no complaint. All of our guides were wonderful ! We really enjoyed our hiking experiences with Alban and Vincent - they were both so kind. Aude was incredibly informative on the walking tour of Annecy! We would also love to give a shoutout to Didier who was the nicest driver and made sure to take us through the scenic routes and just made sure it was a really enjoyable experience for us. Whatsapp Group - this was great! It was super helpful getting a rundown of what was coming each day and who our guide was for each activity. Thank you again for everything ! We really had an amazing trip.

I used the services of 1786 Experiences for a group of 27 people who were able to discover the center of Annecy during a Food Tour on 09/30/2023. The group was delighted, the 3 guides were highly appreciated, and the tastings were of high quality. A perfect experience! I highly recommend them.

We had an outstanding day with Alban beginning with the two gondola rides to view Mont Blanc. He was especially attentive to my wife’s recent knee injury and tailored our day appropriately. We then took the scenic train ride to the historic ice cave. He brought us his homemade orange bread and had gloves for us when we outside waiting for the clouds to clear to give us a perfect view of Mont Blanc. He was not only attentive but very knowledgeable. We never enjoyed climb steps so much because the scenery and commentary were just perfect.
