Day 1 - Food Tour and Cooking Class
Welcome to Annecy for a stay centered around gourmet delights.
You will begin your day with a guided tour of the old town of Annecy. During this picturesque stroll, you will have the opportunity to stop at several places to taste local specialties. From Savoyard cheeses paired with a glass of wine, to sweet delights like pastries made with pralines, and delicious charcuterie and local beer, this tour, which we call the "Food Tour", promises to delight your taste buds while discovering the secrets of this "Venice of the Alps".
After a digestif walk, you will have the pleasure of meeting our passionate local chef. She will guide you through an exciting cooking class where you will learn to prepare a starter, a main course, and a dessert, highlighting the fresh ingredients and unique flavors of the region. And of course, you will have the privilege of tasting your creations during a friendly meal with the chef herself.
Finally, to cap off this gourmet day, you will relax in a 4-star hotel where you can enjoy a peaceful night with Bed & Breakfast, preparing you for new culinary adventures that await you the next day.

Day 2 - Wine tour in some Savoyard vineyards
Here we go for a day around the Wines of Savoie. You'll experience an immersive journey through some vineyards of Savoie, led by your private driver throughout the day.
On the agenda, 3 visits to wineries with wine tasting. You'll be warmly welcomed by the winemakers in their picturesque domains. You'll have the opportunity to learn more about the region's specific cultivation methods as well as local alpine grape varieties such as Jacquère, Roussette, and Mondeuse. A tasting of their varied wines, from crisp whites to full-bodied reds, will allow you to appreciate the diversity of their products.
For lunch, you'll experience the ambiance of a typical inn.
Evening and night in your 4-star hotel with half board accommodations.
Day 3 - Farm Visit with Cheese-making Workshop, followed by a boat cruise with Savoyard Fondue
Find your driver for an authentically immersive experience. You'll traverse the mountain landscapes of the Bauges mountain range to discover a farm, its animals, and how it operates...
This experience not only promises to unveil farm life but also to connect with nature and gain a deeper understanding of food production processes.
You'll momentarily step into the shoes of a farmer as you engage in cheese-making gestures during a workshop.

We had an outstanding day with Alban beginning with the two gondola rides to view Mont Blanc. He was especially attentive to my wife’s recent knee injury and tailored our day appropriately. We then took the scenic train ride to the historic ice cave. He brought us his homemade orange bread and had gloves for us when we outside waiting for the clouds to clear to give us a perfect view of Mont Blanc. He was not only attentive but very knowledgeable. We never enjoyed climb steps so much because the scenery and commentary were just perfect.
We had an incredible experience in Annecy! Everything was 5 stars. The tour guides were amazing!! I can’t wait to come back and do it again.
