Fixed Rates:
Prices are fixed, regardless of the day (weekdays, weekends, holidays, or nights).

Pick-Up Information:

Our rates include all addresses within the Chambéry area.
For multiple pick-up locations (multi pick-up), an additional fee of €20 per address will apply. Please indicate this in the comments section ("Other Information") on the form.

Passenger Contact:

Drivers will contact passengers the day before the transfer to ensure a smooth pick-up.
We track flights and trains in real time, guaranteeing that the driver will be present upon arrival, even if there are delays or early arrivals.

Waiting Hours:

• One hour of waiting is included after the flight/train arrival.
• Beyond this hour, a fee of €25 VAT included for every additional 15 minutes will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the transfer.
• A fee of 50% of the total amount reserved will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer or in case of "no-show."
